A land asset manager with significant holdings in the Charlotte region and nationally has added to its local footprint to make way for more residential development.
Walton Global Holdings said it has acquired over 120 acres in Gaston County.

Walton Global plans to work with homebuilders for single-family residential development on the site, which is one of several large tracts the company holds in the area.
The land, known as the Tucker property, is in southeast Gastonia north of Rufus Ratchford Road.

Three of those are in Gaston County: the 132-acre Willowside Grove, the 619-acre Dutchmanās Creek and the 631-acre Pinnacle Center.
