🤝 Empowering Women Through Non-Profit Partnerships

The Professional Women’s Association (PWA) held a non-profit luncheon last week titled ‘The Why Behind The Work’. This event illuminated the profound impact that non-profit organizations make within our communities, while also shedding light on the myriad personal and professional benefits that partnering with such organization can bring to a business.

This event featured a panel of distinguished women leaders from different non-profits:

• Kerri Massey, President/CEO of Holy Angels

• Kathy Gauger, President/CEO of Catherine’s House 

• Andrea Stephens, President/CEO of United Way of Gaston County

• Roxanne Jimison, Executive Director of Dream Center Academy

Through volunteering and partnering with non-profit organizations, individuals can hone invaluable skills such as leadership, communication, empathy, and adaptability.
