This past Friday, December 8th, the Gaston Business Association hosted our Annual Meeting and Celebration, a highly anticipated event held at the Gastonia Conference Center. The event, presented by CaroMont Health, was a momentous occasion that brought together local business leaders.

Cythnia Sitt was honored with the Duke Energy Citizenship and Service Award for her tireless efforts to enhance the lives of all people in the Highland area. Cynthia’s commitment to community service and her unwavering dedication to creating positive change have left an indelible mark, embodying the spirit of the award.
Patricia Goble proudly accepted the Aurora Award for her impactful work with women in the workplace and the community. Patricia’s contributions have not only empowered women in business but have also fostered an environment of inclusivity and equality, making her a beacon of inspiration for others.
Cathy Cauthen Young was recognized with the Athena Award for her impactful leadership in Cramerton over the years. Cathy’s visionary approach and commitment to community development have played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of Cramerton, making her a deserving recipient of this prestigious accolade.
